Phil is the President of KRT Collective, driven by curiosity and a love for people and business. He began as a CPA and moved in the private sector, amassing over 15 years of experience in CFO and CEO roles. Phil has lead teams through growth, business transactions, turnarounds, and provided financial support and insights. He understands the lonely challenges leaders face and is passionate about aligning organizational values with people and processes.

• Graduate of Creston High School and Grand Valley State University, active in the West Michigan community, and serves on several boards.

• Climbed from Controller to CEO in a service business that grew from 45 to 220+ employees

• Married for 15 years with three energetic boys.

• Enjoys fly fishing, welding, and CNC projects.
